All of Munye Projects work is provided with a C.O.C what this Electrical Certificates provide you, as the person responsible for the safety of an electrical installation and the persons occupying the premises, with a declaration that the electrical installation, alteration, or addition, is safe to use at the time of installation.
Munye Projects conducts visual inspections and makes a unique finding as to the safety and condition prevalent on the premises and the electrical certificates required for the sale of a property.The law holds the user or lessor of an electrical installation personally responsible for the safety, safe use, and maintenance of the property’s electrical installation.
Electrical certification for new installations and alterations or additions is valid for a period of 2 years.
