Munye Projects was founded Praga Patel and son Wesley in late 2012. Their experience in construction runs deep with over 30 years’ experience in the building industry and we are members of the National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC). Munye projects based in Johannesburg’s East Rand and believes in challenging what has become the norm in the construction industry and bring Integrity, Accountability, Transparency, Quality and Professionalism to each project. We are known for high quality because we use excellent subcontractors and self-perform a significant amount of work with our own skilled and dedicated long term workforce.
Trust is a major part in home construction between the builder and home owner and is one of our core values this is why standard practice is to have you as the client pay any deposit monies into a TRUST account which is billed as the project moves along.
